The Uta no Uta One Piece Film Red album, which collects all the theme song and insert songs of the upcoming One Piece Film Red, unveils a gorgeous jacket illustrated by One Piece creator, Eiichiro Oda. Young artist Ado will be performing the song, together with the movie’s theme song and all other insert songs. The album will be released on August 10 and pre-orders are available now.
The album will have two types of jackets designed specifically for the regular version and the first limited edition. The jacket of the regular version was drawn by Oda, and in the center was a colorfully drawn live scene of Uta and Ado.
ORIHARA, the image director of Ado, is in charge of the jacket illustration for the first limited edition. The appearance of Uta and Ado singing face to face is included, and while suppressing the overall color tone, Uta’s “red hair” is finished in an impressive touch.
In addition, the full MV of One Piece Film Red’s theme song “New Era” will be released on Ado’s official YouTube channel today at 20:00 [JPT] on June 15. One Piece Film Red is slated to open on August 6 in Japan.

The album was part of the Uta Project, which is a collaboration between Ado, the singing voice of the seven movie’s featured songs, and various song creators, including Mrs. Green Apple, Vaundy, Yuta Orisaka, and more. Ado will also be singing the movie’s theme song, “New Era” (新時代), and providing the singing voice for Uta, the daughter of Shanks.
The Uta Project will consist of ten different songs sung by Ado and created by a song creator. The songs will be streamed on the official One Piece YouTube channel starting June 15.

One Piece Film Red is the fourth movie of the One Piece Film series for which the original creator, Eiichiro Oda, supervises as the general producer. The film will be directed by Goro Taniguchi, known for his work in the Code Geass series, and written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa, who also wrote the screenplay for One Piece Film Gold.
The stage of One Piece Film Red is an island where the world-famous diva Uta will perform for the first time in front of the public.
