0

The TV anime adaptation of Nene Yukimori’s Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible romantic comedy manga began streaming the first trailer that previews the character voice of the heroine Kubo Nagisa. The anime is also confirmed to debut next year.

The series centers on timid high school student Junta Shiraishi, who just wants to live the best life as a youth. However, he finds it difficult as he realizes that everyone in the class seems to never notice him as if he’s invisible. The only one that shows interest in him is Nagisa Kubo, a beautiful girl who relentlessly teases him for fun.

As previously announced, Kana Hanazawa will play the role of Nagisa, and Kengo Kawanishi will be Junta. Pine Jam is animating the series.

Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible Anime Story

First-year high schooler Junta Shiraishi is a mob character who goes unnoticed even when he’s standing right next to you. But his classmate, “heroine-level beauty” Kubo, always notices him and is there to tease him. Anyone can become special to someone, but it might be a little too early to call these feelings “love.” Perhaps this story is still two steps from being a romantic comedy–let’s call it a sweet comedy where a background character becomes visible!
