The staff behind the anime film for Mizuki Tsujimura’s Lonely Castle in the Mirror released a new trailer previewing the film’s theme song, “Merry-Go-Round” by Yūri, along with revealing more cast members and a new visual!
The new cast members include Akiko Yajima, Karen Miyama, Ayaka Yoshimura, Anji Ikehata, though their roles are unknown. Joining Ami Tōma are Sakura Kiryu, Takumi Kitamura, Aoi Miyazaki, Rihito Itagaki, Naho Yokomizo, Minami Takayama, Yuuki Kaji, as the other characters transported to the castle, and Kumiko Aso as Kokoro’s mother.
Lonely Castle in the Mirror is set to premiere in Japanese cinemas on December 23.

One day, seven teenagers from a calm neighborhood in Tokyo find their bedroom mirrors shining. Drawn by the incredible glow, they are pulled from their normal lives into a wondrous castle filled with seemingly endless stairways, and an incredible vista.
The group is given a set of clues to a hidden room. Their reward: a single wish. However, if they can’t solve the mystery by five o’clock, all of them will be punished. Over time the group suddenly realizes that only those that are willing to share their stories, their pasts they would rather leave hidden, can be saved.
