After its delay from August 3, Kobayashimaru’s upcoming visual novel The 13th Month is releasing later this week on December 3.
This new visual novel is a project worked on by the creators of the Shin Megami Tensei Series, including Suzuki Kazunari on story and screenplay, and Masuko Tsukasa on Music and Sound Design.
The 13th Month’s story follows a beautiful princess that was given everything in the world from good looks, grace, kindness, tolerance, and honesty. On her 16th birthday, a witch came to her home and cursed her with eternal slumber, but the witch stayed with the princess in her room. Every 100 years, a prince, hero, and even those from alternate worlds would try to wake up the princess by sleeping her, to no avail. Why did the witch curse the princess, and what secret was the princess entrusted with?
The game will be available for PC via Steam on December 3 in English and Japanese.
