TV anime Dances with the Dragons (されど罪人は竜と踊る) is going to air in October this year. A teaser video is finally available today (11th August) after several visuals released last week.
The anime is directed by Head Director Hiroshi Nishikiori (A Certain Magical Index) and Director Hirokazu Hanai (Chain Chronicle) at Seven Arcs Pictures. Screenplay is written by Ikami Takayo (Rewrite) while the characters are designed by Masaru Kitao (Death Note).
Pop duo fripSide is going to sing the opening. The ending song will be performed by anisong singer Maon Kurosaki.
It will start running on 5th October.

Written by Asai Labo (浅井ラボ), Dances with the Dragons tells the story of Gigina and Gaius, two magicians with incredible fighting skills and taking requests for a fee. During their search for beasts and criminals, they get dragged into a war and a series of conspiracies by two countries.
