The JRPG Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space today launches the Ver. 3.1.700 update, which includes a Catch-up Campaign to support players’ progress in the Main Story ahead of the simultaneous update with the Japan Version. Also, those who help fill in the game’s player survey will get a 10 free encounters ticket “Destiny Token.”
The update also welcomes the arrival of Premaya’s Another Style (CV: Luci Fish), which will be available in Encounters for a limited time. Character quests are added to the Replay Story feature with the first of several planned content re-additions, allowing players to re-read character quests for Mariel, Anabel, and others.
▍Another Eden Catch-up Campaign
The Another Eden catch-up campaign will run from the August 15 update until the Global Version catches up with the Japan Version’s update schedule. A definite end date will be announced separately in-game at a later date.
■ Main Story Part 3 Progress Campaign
The drop amount of Bearings, an item needed to progress through Main Story Part 3 Volume 1, is increased x1.5 for all difficulties, making it much smoother to progress through Main Story Part 3 Volume 1 for players looking to get ready for future Main Story updates.
■ Grasta Awakening Campaign
Activating and awakening a large number of Grastas at once for characters to draw out may sometimes result in a shortage of Grasta Pieces, Grasta Crystals, and Git, but these costs are reduced by 50% for a limited time only.
■ Main Story Supply Drop
By logging into Another Eden, you can gain a bunch of in-game items including Power of Pain Grastas (1 per weapon type), HP Restore Grastas (1 per weapon type), Proficiency Debuff Resistance Grastas (6 total) that reinforce characters, and a set of Fragments, Crystals, and Jadeites (Attack/Life/Support) that are required for Activation and Awakening of Grastas.
Enemy Encounter- Badges and Obtained Git+ Badges will also be distributed, which can be equipped to characters to facilitate story progression. The Enemy Encounter- Badge will reduce enemy encounter frequency in the field, allowing players to progress the story more smoothly, and the Obtained Git+ Badge will increase the amount of Git earned, allowing players to make better use of Grastas.
▍Another Eden User Survey
A user survey will be conducted in-game from the August 15 update until August 29, 2023 at 14:59 (UTC). Another Eden player who responds to the survey will receive a 10-Encounter ticket “Destiny Token,” planned to be distributed in early September.
▍ Premaya’s Another Style – Another Style Devotroid
From August 15 to September 14, Another Style Devotroid, Premaya’s Another Style will be available in the Encounters. There’s also a Fateful Encounter Earth Force Edition, in which a 5★ class character is guaranteed to appear in the 10th Encounter. But it can be drawn with Paid Chronos Stones only.
▍Character Quests in the Replay Story
A new Bard is visiting the basement of Time’s Forgotten Stop, and players can access the replay of character quests by talking to the new Bard. In this update, players can re-read the character quests for the following characters: Miyu, Felmina, Bertrand, Anabel, Siora, Breeno, Nero, Radias, Bria, Lokido, Mariel, Yipha, Elga, Benedict, Darunis, Nomar, May, Victor, Denny, Laclair, and Miranda.
Character quests other than those listed above will be added to the Replay Story feature sequentially in future updates.
