If you think you can name yourself with any strange words you come up with in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp (どうぶつの森 ポケットキャンプ), even though they are just the nicknames of a porn star, you are wrong.
A Japanese player decided to call himself “Beast Senpai” (野獣先輩).
Guess what happened?
“This is a name that may bring others discomfort. Please input other names”
Beast Senpai is the nickname of Koji Tadokoro, a porn actor whose performances in gay porns have somewhat become a joke in Japanese culture. It is said that his screams are like beasts…
The ban is a devastating news indeed, just like how that player called it. There is nothing wrong with calling yourself a Senpai of the beasts while you are living with a bunch of beasts, right?

The problem, however, could be solved by pasting a zero width space in between the words. To be honest, it is somewhat troublesome to go that far for a name in Animal Crossing.
