Spike Chunsoft’s 2012 RPG title Conception: Ore no Kodomo o Undekure! (CONCEPTION 俺の子供を産んでくれ！) has announced a TV anime adaption for release in October 2018. A key visual is now available.
Keitaro Motonaga, credited with turning Atlus’ Persona 3 into a well-received animation movie, is assigned the role of director. Screenwriter Yuko Kakihara and character designer Okuda Yosuke will join him at GONZO for the production.
Conception was released in 2012 as a turn-based RPG for PSP. It is a joint project planned out by Danganronpa producer Yoshinori Terasawa, with designs provided by Re:Zero illustrator Otsuka Shinichiro. Players take the role of Itsuki Yuge (CV: Yuki Ono), who gets teleported to an universe where he must produce “Star Children” in order to return to the normal world. His “mating” (but not really) partners are 12 young ladies, and he must do whatever it takes to get closer to them.
Conception : Ore no Kodomo o Undekure! is now available in Japanese for PS4, PSP, and PC.
