After only one year of serialisation, love comedy manga The Quintessential Quintuplets, also known as 5 Toubun no Hanayome (五等分の花嫁), is already making a TV anime for premiere in 2019!
The manga has more than 700,000 tankobun sold in less than a year. Created by Negi Haruba (春場ねぎ) and published on Weekly Shonen Magazine, the story follows how grumpy, rude high school student Uesugi Futaro eventually marries one of his fellow schoolmates, who also happens to be one of the five Nakano quintuplet sisters that he used to tutor. The plot is told as a flashback of Futaro.
Not much concrete about the anime is available at the moment.
