Based on Hajime Kamoshida’s (鴨志田 一 ) Seishun Buta Yaro (青春ブタ野郎) light novel series, the anime film of Rascal Does Not Dream of Dreaming Girl (青春ブタ野郎はゆめみる少女の夢を見ない) reveals its full trailer.

The anime film tells the story following TV anime Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai (青春ブタ野郎はバニーガール先輩の夢を見ない), which is aired from 4th October 4 to 27th December, 2018, and will adapt the sixth and seventh light novel volumes.
The anime staff will return for the film, including director Soichi Masui (増井壮一), scriptwriter Masahiro Yokotani (横谷昌宏), character designer Satomi Tamura (田村里美), musical composer fox capture plan, and animation production studio CloverWorks.
The film will open in Japan on June 15.
▍Story
The film starts with the second high school year of Sakuta Azusagawa (梓川 咲太), who enjoys a sweet life with girlfriend, Mai Sakurajima (桜島 麻衣). However, the appearance of his first love, Shoko Makinohara (牧之原翔子), have hindered the relationship between the two love birds.
For some unknown reason, Shoko is exist in two forms, as a junior high student and an adult. Sakuta is forced to live with Shoko and the consistent prank of “adult Shoko” makes Mai jealous even more.
Meanwhile, Sakuta learns that the “junior high Shoko” suffers from a serious illness, and it brings back the old wound in Sakuta’s memory.
