Original TV anime series Special Crime Investigation Unit Special 7 / Tokunana (警視庁 特務部 特殊凶悪犯対策室 第七課 -トクナナ-) yesterday (8th August) revealed a PV, key visual, more cast, theme song and 6th October premiere.
The series adapts the original character design of mangaka Nanae Chrono (黒乃奈々絵), and is directed by Kaze no Shoujo Emily (風の少女エミリー) director Harume Kosaka (小坂春女) and written by Fate/Apocrypha series composition Yuichiro Higashide (東出祐一郎).
Ryō Takahashi (高橋諒) is composing the series’ music. OLDCODEX will perform the opening theme song “Take On Fever”.
▍Story
Once upon a time where elf, dwarf, vampire, homunculus and humans lived in the same world, dragon was the top of all after long fights. However, The distinction of dragon left the world with no leader and many decided to co-exist peacefully. Time passes by, many of them lose their original features and have no differences from humans.
Now in modern Tokyo, a criminal organization “Nine” tries to revive the existence of the powerful dragon. A unit of assembled misfits, Tokunana, is formed in the Metropolitan Police Department in order to protect the world from danger.
