During the TGS2019 weekend, Koei Tecmo revealed new information on their recently announced Fairy Tail game at the “Fairy Tail Special Stage”.
During the special stage, the company revealed details on the different characters and features players can expect from the upcoming game.
▍Characters
as the game is based off the popular Fairy Tail series, players can expect their favorite characters to appear in the game. During TGS2019, Koei Tecmo announced that there will be over 10 different characters that will be in the game including the ones shown in the picture above.
▍Guild
In the game, players will be able to work together with different characters to build their own Guild. Players will be able to set up and decorate their own guild halls to make it their very own.
▍Character Modes
Not much has been revealed on the game’s combat, but Koei Tecmo did reveal that characters will be able to change modes during combat. By changing modes, characters will have access to different and more powerful magic, depending on the nature of the character in the series. For example, Natsu will be able to change into the “Lightning Fire Dragon Mode”.
The new Fairy tail game is due out next year in 2020 for PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam.
