The Crayon Shin-chan anime films’ official website reveals the latest trailer and teaser of Crayon Shin-chan: Crash! Rakuga Kingdom and Almost Four Heroes (クレヨンしんちゃん 激突! ラクガキングダムとほぼ四人の勇者). The film is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theater on 24th April 2020.

Takahiko Kyōgoku (京極尚彦) (the director of Love Live! and GATE) is directing the film, with Ryō Takada (高田亮) as the scriptwriter.
▍Story
The film centers around a floating kingdom named Rakuga Kingdom (ラクガキングダム), which gets energy to float from children’s scribbles. However, the scribbles are getting less in recent years and the kingdom is collapsing. The military then comes to the earth and forces humans to scribble. As the chosen one who can use the “magical crayon”, Shin-chan is going to save the world again……
*Rakuga (ラクガ) is a pun on the word “Rakugaki(落書き)” that means scribbling.
