Kadokawa smartphone RPG “Shachou, Battle no Jikan Desu!” (also known as Shachibato! for short) announced an anime adaptation that will be broadcast in 2020. The game is currently under collaboration with TV anime “OVERLORD III” (オーバーロードIII).
Developed by Deluxe Games inc. and Preapp Partners, “Shachibato!” is an RPG game that allows players to hire and train yuusha as the boss of a company. Players can employ adventurers to take on dungeons filled with monsters and explore the treasure inside.
The game is supervised by Disgaea: Hour of Darkness creator Yamamoto Masahiro (山本雅博) and produced by Monster Strike game developer Yoshiki Okamoto (岡本吉起). The illustration is created by Keroro Gunso mangaka Mine Yoshizaki (吉崎観音).
▍Collaboration with OVERLORD III
“Shachibato!” is currently holding a collaboration event, “Lord Ainz, It is Time to Conquer the World” with TV anime “OVERLORD III” until 9th December.
Signature characters from the anime, including Albedo (CV: Yumi Hara), Ainz Ooal Gown (CV: Satoshi Hino), and Shalltear Bloodfallen (CV: Sumire Uesaka) will be featured in the game.
Players can collect “Yggdrasil currency” in the collaboration dungeon in exchange for SSR character Ainz Ooal Gown and SSR equipment. The original scenario featuring the collaboration characters will also be available.
