BNA: Brand New Animal (BNA ビー・エヌ・エー) recently revealed the key visuals and voice cast of the upcoming TV anime series. The series has also been confirmed to premiere in April 2020.
Studio Trigger (Kill la Kill, SSSS.GRIDMAN) is producing, with Yoh Yoshinari (吉成曜) (Little Witch Academia) as the director and Kazuki Nakashima (中島かずき) (Gurren Lagann) is handling the scripts.
▍Story
In the 21st century, animal-humans are hiding in the dark. The story follows Michiru Kagemori (影森みちる), who was a normal human being and suddenly turns in to an animal-human (tanuki-human). She escapes to a special area named “Anima City” (アニマシティ) and meets Shirou Ogami (大神士郎), a wolf-human who hates normal humans a lot. They share their lives and get to know about each other. When they try to find out why Michiru suddenly became animal-human, they get into a part of the large incident……
