Earlier this month, on 13th December, Nintendo revealed a new short series based on the recently released Pokemon Sword & Shield titled Hakumai no Tsubasa (薄明の翼 – Twilight Wings).
The series is set to have 7 episodes with each episode being approximately five minutes long. According to the official website for the series, the story will be set in the Galar Region and revolve around the worries and troubles the residence of the Galar Region faces.
The first episode is expected to stream on the official Pokemon YouTube Channel on 15th January 2020, 21:00 JST.
The new series will be produced by Studio Colorido and boasts a renowned staff list including Shingo Yamashita (Yozakura Quartet ~Hana no Uta~) who will be directing the series, Sawa Kinoshita who will be writing the script under the lead of Taku Kishimoto (Haikyu!!, Fruits Basket) who will be supervising the scriptwriting.
