This year’s 23rd issue of Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine reveals that Itaru Bonnoki’s (盆ノ木至) gag manga “The Vampire Dies in No Time” (吸血鬼すぐ死ぬ) is getting an anime adaptation. Details will be revealed later.
▍About “The Vampire Dies in No Time”
“The Vampire Dies in No Time” is the debut manga of Itaru Bonnoki and first appeared in Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine’s 30th issue of 2015. It then started serialization on 25th June 2015 and the manga’s 15th volume is set to release on 8th May 2020.
The story centers on Dralc, a vampire, who is rumored to be powerful and has kidnapped a kid. Driven by this rumor, a vampire hunter went there to take the monster down. However, the vampire turned out to be a wimp who keeps turning into ash at the smallest things… And that kid wasn’t being held captive, he was just using the “haunted house” as his personal playground!
