The TV anime adaptation of yuka’s Egyptian Gods illustration series “Tōtotsu ni Egypt Kami” (とーとつにエジプト神) confirms that voice actor Hiro Shimono (下野紘) and Yūki Kaji (梶裕貴) will be joining the cast as Anubis and Thoth respectively.

▍About “Tōtotsu ni Egypt Kami”
Created by illustrator yuka, “Tōtotsu ni Egypt Kami” is an illustration series posted on Twitter and circles around the joyful lives of 13 Egyptian Gods including Anubis, Thoth, Medjed, Bastet, Seth, Horus, Ra, Apep, Sa-ta, Wenet, Khnum, Otter, and Sobek.
The cute characters have raised attention on social media, and have been turned into merchandise and LINE stamps. The series’ first art book was released on 15th April 2020 in Japan.
