Celebrating the 15th anniversary of TRYWORKS’ Capybara character “Kapibarasan,” a TV anime adaptation is confirmed to premiere on 9th October 2020. A new visual and the first trailer are revealed.
Bandai Spirits’ female team Tryworks developed the healing character in 2002. The slow and adorable lifestyles of Kapibarasan soon wins popularity. It has inspired a long-running line of merchandise, manga adaptations, and exhibition.
The series is directed by Tomohiro Tsukimisato (月見里智弘), director and series composition of “How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno,” and animated by Shinei Animation and Lesprit.
