Cygames’ popular smartphone RPG “Granblue Fantasy” has revealed the upcoming event schedule and future updates during the summer live stream on 8th August 2020. A collaboration with TV anime “Shadowverse” is confirmed for this September. The TV anime adaptation of four-panel manga “Guraburu!” will air this October.

New swimsuit characters have been revealed, including SSR Albert, Ferry, Silva, Mimlemel, and summon stone Kaguya. Pick up gacha for SSR Albert, Ferry, and Kaguya is currently available until 12th August.

5 star uncap are now available for the Omega summons, which boosts their skill to 140%.
▍New Side Story
Scenario event “Eye of the Storm” was added to the side story on 8th August.
▍Rise of the Beasts Event on 15th August
The Rise of the Beasts Event will start on 15th August with new summons and weapons for exchange. No additional Gold Nuggets will be added to the event. The Gold Nuggets storage will keep at 422 pieces. Non-elemental raid, The Four Beasts, will also be added to the event.

▍Xeno Sagittarius Clash on 8th September
The Xeno Sagittarius Clash Event will start on 8th September. A new Xeno Sagi summon will be available to exchange, as well as unlocking the 5 star uncap for the Xeno Sagi spear.
▍Upcoming Character Uncap
■ SSR Soriz (Earth) on 20th August
■ SSR Romeo (Water) on 29th August
The requirement to uncap Sandalphon, Zeta, and Aoidos will be adjusted. Players will be able to trade treasure to uncap them, instead of clearing the past event.
▍New Regalia Weapons
Shiva series raids will be adjusted on 31st August with shorter animation and higher drop rate on Regalia Weapons and anima. New Regalia Weapons will be available.
▍Raid Skip Available!!!
After the update on 31st August, you can spend 27o AP to skip the battle for the HARD mode island boss battles.

▍New Tier 4 Job: Robin Hood
New tier 4 Job, Robin Hood, will be available in mid-September. Its Specialty weapon is Bow. Players have to upgrade Chaos Ruler to 20 classes and clear a special quest in order to get this job. Distinctions and 4000 Class Points are also needed.
▍Battle System Ver.2 Adjustment
The raids with battle system ver. 2 will be adjusted. The Chain Burst system will be available in battle system ver. 2 under the name of Fatal Chain. Players will unleash the Fatal Chain when its gauge reaches 100%. Extra damage can be dealt to the enemy when a certain number of hits are attained.
Holding any Guard button will guard all characters. Players will also be able to Guard after using abilities. Omens will change to activate at the end of turn. The date for the adjustment is not yet confirmed.
▍New Events
■ Tower of Babyl Event in September
Players have to build 3 parties of 4 characters in the tower-climbing event. First time clear bonuses, Mission bonuses, and Complete Victory rewards will be available after fulfilling certain conditions.
■ Dread Barrage Event on 14th October
Players have to work with your crew to beat the enemies, earning honors, victory bonuses and emblems as you go.
▍New Contents for Arcarum
Replicard Sandbox will be available in Arcarum in November, where multiple areas will be available for you to freely explore. Special items will be available to gain buffs in the areas. Playing Replicard Sandbox will not consume Arcarum Passports. 10 new weapons will be added.
▍Drop Up Campaign
The host of certain raids will enjoy a double drop rate for the chests. An extra purple chest will also be available. This Campaign will be held for Fire Raids during 2nd ~ 8th September, and for Water Raids during 8th ~ 15th September. The elements will change once a week.
▍Skin Gacha
A special skin gacha will be launched in the future. Players will be able to obtain job color skin and character skin. The protagonist can also be changed to other characters by dressing up the character skin. The special skin gacha will cost 200 crystals for a roll and 2,000 for 10 rolls.
The visuals for the character skins are also revealed.

▍Love Live! Collaboration Event Coming to Side Story
The collaboration event with “Love Live! School Idol Project” will be available for side story on 8th September. New upcap will be unlocked for the 3rd-year team.
▍ Collaboration Event with Shadowverse
A collaboration event with TV anime Shadowverse is announced for this September. The visual for collaboration characters, Hiro and Mimori, has been revealed. Another collaboration is also set for this December.
▍ TV Anime “Guraburu”
The TV anime adaptation of four-panel manga “Guraburu!” is confirmed to air this October.
▍ Merchandise
The Blu-ray&DVD for the “GRANBLUE FANTASY The Animation Season2” 7th volumes comes with a “Muscles and Delusion” bonus skin for Gran and Djeeta. An illustrated collector box will also be available for buying the complete anime series.
New Eyemirror collaboration will be on sale until 23th August. Eyewear inspired by Belial, Sandalphon, and Lucifer will be available.
