Classic manga and anime Captain Tsubasa（キャプテン翼）will be getting a stage play that will use VR to perform. The show will premiere on 18th August and finish on 3rd September. The venue will be Zepp Blue Theater Roppongi（Zeppブルーシアター）in Tokyo. The cast details are yet to be released.
Captain Tsubasa is originally a sport manga by Yoichi Takahashi（高橋陽一）and serialised in Weekly Shonen Jump. Since its first release in 1981, it has received huge popularity and the TV anime has been broadcasted worldwide.
