MAPPA’s original anime “Yuri!!! on Ice” starts streaming a teaser trailer for its upcoming “Yuri!!! on Ice the Movie: Ice Adolescence” anime film. The video was first revealed at a private screening event in January 2019 and has not been streamed online before.
The official Twitter account for the film explained that the film production is “still ongoing with the aim of further enriching the film,” but the staff stated they have not yet “reached the stage where we can announce the release date.”
The anime film was originally set for a 2019 opening but was delayed. The staff later made an announcement stating the decision was made “in order to substantially scale up the content more than originally planned.”
