The TV anime adaptation of Zappon’s fantasy light novel “Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside” (真の仲間じゃないと勇者のパーティーを追い出されたので、辺境でスローライフすることにしました) reveals a teaser visual, main cast and staff. The broadcast schedule has not been confirmed yet.
The series is animated by Wolfsbane and Studio Flad and directed by “KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will” director Makoto Hoshino, with “My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!” writer Megumi Shimizu handling the series’ scripts, and Ruriko Watanabe designing the characters.

▍Synopsis
Red was once a member of the Hero’s party, a powerful group destined to save the world from the evil forces. That is, until one of his comrades kicked him out.
Hoping to live the easy life on the frontier, Red’s new goal is to open an apothecary. However, keeping the secret of his former life may not be as simple as he thinks. Especially when the beautiful Rit, an adventurer from his past, shows up and asks to move in with him!
