The TV anime adaptation of Saizō Harawata and Miyakokasiwa’s “Battle in 5 Seconds after meeting” (出会って5秒でバトル) super-powered battle manga revealed a teaser visual, promotional video, and main cast. It will premiere in July 2021.
“Dorohedoro” episode director Nobuyoshi Arai is directing the series at SynergySP and Vega Entertainment. Touko Machida is penning the script, while Studio A-CAT works on the CG Animation.
Voice actress Akari Kitō performs the opening song “No Continue”. Seiko Oomori joins 15-Sai to form a special unit and perform the ending song “Losing Event Live Play” (負けイベ実況プレイ).

▍Synopsis
Akira Shiroyanagi is a high schooler who loves games and Konpeito (Japanese sweets) He is suddenly dragged into a battlefield by a mysterious girl who calls herself Mion. The participants are told that they are “erased from the family register, involved in an experiment, and have gained certain powers.”
Akira is determined to win the game with his newfound powers and destroy the organization. Armed with a power no one expects and his “brain” skills, a new era of intelligence battle begins!
