Today (18th June), Aniplex’s Build Divide -#00000 (Code Black) multimedia project has updated its official website revealing the five main cast members for the project’s TV anime series.

▍Synopsis
Shin-Kyoto is a city governed by the “King”. The superiority and inferiority of all residents are determined by the trading card game Build Divide. If you defeat the king in the Build Divide battle, whatever you want will come true. This is the story of Teruto Kurabe, a boy who vows to defeat the King for his own purpose. Guided by the mysterious girl, Sakura Banka, he starts his own Build Divide battles.
▍TCG
The first trading card game will be on sale this October with 2 types of booster pack. Participating illustrators include fumi, kuyoan, fly, NINNIN, necömi and more yet to be revealed.
About the Project
Build Divide (ビルディバイド) is Aniplex’s first TCG x original anime project. “Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler” manga writers Homura Kawamoto and Muno Hikaru are credited as the original work. The project will collaborate with Aniplex with various plans, including a trading card game (TCG), TV anime by LIDEN FILMS, and more. The TCG is designed by Yūhodō. The TV anime series’ first season will air in October 2021 in Japan. The second season is scheduled to air in April 2022.
