The fourth paid DLC Character for The King of Fighters XIV has been announced to be Rock Howard. Son of Geese Howard, the main antagonist of the Fatal Fury series, Rock Howard was raised by Terry Bogard after the death of his father.
In the past, Rock Howard was considered quite imbalanced and overpowered. From the character reveal video SNK released, the character inherits his signature "Raging Storm" and retains his powerful counter attacks moves.
The King of Fighters XIV Is readily available on PS4.
