Tsutomu Nihei’s（弐瓶 勉）cyberpunk manga series Blame! (ブラム!) has been made into an animation movie that will premiere on 20th May this year. The second trailer for the movie has just been released.

The movie is directed by Ajin’s（亜人）director Hiroyuki Seshita（瀬下寛之）and supervised by the mangaka himself. The first Blame! manga series was published by Kodansha in 10 volumes from 1998 to 2003. It has got three other manga spin-offs and two short animation spin-offs afterwards. The story follows Killy, a human whose body is mechanical, and his search for a rare genetic marker in a city filled with hostile silicon cyborgs.
