The official website of Rent-A-Girlfriend anime posted a new character promotional video featuring Chizuru Mizuhara of the anime’s second season. The website and video also announced that the Rent-A-Girlfriend season 2 anime will premiere in the Super Animeism block on the MBS Network on July 1.
The anime focuses on Kinoshita Kazuya, a 20-year-old failure of a college student. He managed to kiss his girlfriend once but was dumped after a month. Completely spiteful, Kazuya uses a certain method to date a girl. A reckless rom-com filled with love and excitement is about to begin!
The main cast and staff will reprise their roles in the second season. Kazuomi Koga will once again direct the series, and the majority of the staff that was in charge of the first season will continue to participate in the production.
