After almost eight long years, Square Enix has announced that the global version of Final Fantasy Record Keeper<\/a><\/strong> will be discontinuing its service on September 29. As a result of this announcement, Gems can no longer be purchased starting on August 30. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This announcement seems to only affect the Global release of the game, however, as the Japanese version has made no such comment on the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Fantasy Record Keeper is a gacha game developed and published by DeNA for iOS and Android. The game features original characters and stories interacting with characters, scenarios, and battles from other games in the Final Fantasy series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was released in Japan on September 24, 2014, and worldwide on March 26, 2015. The gameplay primarily consists of Active Time Battles with 2D sprite graphics. The game also counts over 10 million downloads worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
