Hololive<\/strong><\/a>‘s video-gaming dog, Inugami Korone is appointed as an ambassador for Sega’s Sonic franchise<\/strong><\/a>! During last night’s Sonic Station live-stream<\/strong><\/a>, Sega celebrated the release of Sonic Origins, Sonic’s birthday, and announced a year-long collaboration with Inugami Korone called Sonikoro 2022! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vtubing doggo now has a Sonic-themed costume for the collaboration, is voice acting for the Japanese dub of Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and is planning an event with Sega’s sound team!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>SoniKoro2022<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sonikoro 2022 is a year-long series of collaborations between Inugami Korone, and the Sonic series! Korone will be participating in Sonic-related events, live streaming the games, and collaborating with Sega’s sound team! Check out the logo for Sonikoro below. More details on the collaboration will be made available at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate the collaboration, Korone received a new Sonic outfit where she has a Sonic hoodie, and her hair and eye colors have been changed to match Sonic’s colors, she even has a small Knuckles plushie with her!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Korone will also be doing a voice-over in the Sonic The Hedgehog 2 film! Her role in the film hasn’t been announced yet, so hopefully, more information on the dub will be unveiled by August 19, 2022, the movie’s release date in Japan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yubi Yubi! Inugami Korone is a Vtuber under Cover Corp’s Hololive talent agency. She is part of the group called Hololive Gamers alongside Ookami Mio, Shirakami Fubuki, and Nekomata Okayu. Korone is known for her lovely interactions with her fans such as beating them up, and eating their fingers! Her bright personality, infectious laughter, and abnormal gamer endurance is best shown during her many gaming streams where she mostly plays retro games, long into the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
