Niantic\u2019s Pikmin Bloom<\/a> <\/strong>AR Game is adding a new Flower Planting Weekly Challenges and you could now invite family and friends to join Weekly Challenges more easily after the update on July 11. A series of community events is also heading to the US soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>New Flower Planting Weekly Challenges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pikmin Bloom’s Weekly Challenges function has been a popular feature since its launch in April. While the original Weekly Challenges challenge players to walk a total of 20k or 100k steps with their families and friends, the new Weekly Challenge will set a goal on the number of flowers planted instead of steps. Now users can choose between these two types of challenges weekly, or participate in both at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, all users who join a challenge and complete it before July 24 can receive special outfits for their Mii avatar as rewards: an \u201cExplore\u201d T-shirt when they join and complete a step-based challenge before July 17, or a \u201cFlower\u201d Print T-shirt when they join and complete a flower planting challenge before July 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>Invite Your Friends Becomes More Easily<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A new invite feature for Weekly Challenges is also added to the game with this update. Players won\u2019t need to wait for other players to join your challenge anymore. Instead, challenges now include an \u201cinvite\u201d option that allows users to invite specific friends to join their challenges, making it easier to gather particular friends or family groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
