The movie is set to premiere in theaters worldwide in 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The film stars Mackenyu\u00a0Arata, Madison Iseman, Sean Bean, Famke Janssen, Nick Stahl, Diego Tinoco, and Mark Dacascos. Polish animator and special effects creator Tomasz Baginski is directing for Toei with Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions. Andy Cheng is the stunt coordinator and fight coordinator. It was serialized in Shueisha&#8217;s sh\u014dnen manga magazine Weekly Sh\u014dnen Jump from 1986 to 1990, with its chapters collected in twenty-eight tank\u014dbon volumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The story focuses on an orphan named Seiya who was forced to go to the Sanctuary in Greece to obtain one of the Cloths, the Bronze Cloth of the Pegasus constellation, a protective armor worn by the Greek goddess Athena&#8217;s 88 warriors known as the Knights. Upon awakening his Cosmo, the power of the Knights which is an inner spiritual essence that originated in the Big Bang, Seiya quickly becomes the Pegasus Saint and returns to Japan to find his older sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The series has received a plethora of arcs and anime adaptations. Currently, the most recent one is Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac &#8211; Battle for Sanctuary, which is a CG remake of the original anime.
