Developer Nihon Falcom announced Ys X Nordics<\/a><\/strong>, a new entry celebrating the series’ 35th anniversary and\u00a0will launch in 2023 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The action RPG continues to follow the adventures of Adol Christin, the familiar protagonist of the series, who take voyages to countless islands in the Gulf of Obelia. Adol Christin encounters the Norman marine tribe and an undead tribe that assaults others known as the Griegers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>Ys X Nordics Gameplay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The battle system of the previous Ys games is completely redesigned in Ys X Nordics. Players can enjoy a fast-paced Solo Mode that allows you to fight alone with your partner\u2019s automatic attacks and support being controlled by the AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Combo Mode is also available for players to control both main and support characters at the same time to fight against powerful enemies. Furthermore, the Cross Action system allows players to fight in one of the two modes depending on the situation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
