Wizardry Variants Daphne \/ Wizardry VA<\/strong><\/a> released some new footage of the title featuring the game’s intro and basic story premise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The game’s intro begins with what looks like the player character in front of an angry mob, before quickly being executed in front of them. Afterwards, your character wakes up in the dungeon, with a mysterious girl asking if you can see her. The intro could show that for a person to enter the Abyss, a person must first die before diving deep into it to hunt down the Ancient Warlock that plans on ending the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s worth noting that the Japanese version of the same trailer<\/strong><\/a> has voice acting while the English one replaces it with subtitles, suggesting later the English version may also be voiced as they are still working on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wizardy Variant Daphne is set to launch in early 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
