Kotei Kobayashi’s The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess<\/strong><\/a> comedy light novel series is getting a television anime adaptation scheduled to premiere sometime in 2023. Along with the announcement, a teaser trailer, a key visual for the anime series, and a special visual by Riichu, the light novel’s original character designer, were also revealed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess is a fantasy comedy about Terakomari Gandesblood, aka Komari, a member of the prestigious noble Gandesblood family and also a vampire that can’t drink blood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tomori Kusunoki will continue to play the role of Komari as in the manga’s PV, while Sayumi Suzushiro will play the role of Villhaze, the maid who supports Komari in her private and public life, and Youko Hikasa will play the role of Karen Helvetius, the Empress of the Mulnite Empire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tatsuma Minamikawa will direct the anime, with series composition by Keiichirou Oochi, character design by Tomoyuki Shitaya, music by Gou Shiina, and animation production by studio Project No.9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
