Japan&#8217;s\u00a0Consumer Affairs Agency officially issued a<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gungho.co.jp\/ir\/uploads\/irs20170719.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> legal order<\/a> to the developer yesterday (20th July).<\/p>\n<p>The first one involved is the internationally famed Puzzle &amp; Dragons. In the special rare gacha event starting 13rd February 2017 and ending 26th the same month, 13 monsters were said to be available for ultimate evolution (\u7a76\u6975\u9032\u5316) while in fact there were only two available. Individual items in an item pack sold earlier were actually more expensive than the same items sold seperately.
