The staff behind the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime series based on Masashi Kishimoto and Mike Ikemoto’s manga series confirmed that the series is getting a <\/strong><\/a>second part, and it’s already in production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Boruto anime will be airing the final episode of Part 1 with episode 293 on March 26, and while there’s no release date for Part 2 yet, the studio announced that there will be more details for the Boruto anime’s follow-up in the future, as the studio will also be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the anime’s debut by broadcasting select episodes of Naruto in July. The studio also briefly announced that a brand new anime project spanning 4 episodes will be coming in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the announcement, it’s also been confirmed that on September 2 and 3, artists Humbreaders and Anly will be performing at the Naruto the Live<\/strong><\/a> concert celebrating the series’ 20th anniversary, along with many others like Kana-Boon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations is a follow-up to Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto manga series, this time featuring Naruto’s son!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boruto began serialization on May 9 2016 as part of the Weekly Shonen jump, before it began the transition to V Jump in 2019. The series follows Boruto Uzumaki’s adventures with the descendants of many Naruto characters when a new threat to the land related to Kaguya \u014ctsutsuki. emerges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The series has been adapted into an anime film and a TV anime series that has spanned over 290 episodes, with part 1 of the anime series ending on March 26. As of writing the manga is still ongoing with over 70 chapters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
