Developer\/publisher NetEase has announced that its auto-battler RPG mobile game Clover Theater<\/strong><\/a> is shutting down on June 7, 11:00 [JPT]. The announcement did not explain the explicit reason for the shutdown. The game launched on August 3, 2022, and will have been live for 10 months when it shuts down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NetEase added that the game will no longer accept any microtransactions from users, and has ceased sales of all Carrot currencies at the in-game store as of the posting of the announcement in-game and on the official Clover Theater Twitter account<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Players who have any remaining paid Carrots are eligible for a refund, from which the game will be taking applications from June 8, 11:00 to September 7, 11:00 [JPT]. Further details on the refund process will be posted after the end of service and will be posted on the title screen of the game. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
