Developer Sting\u00a0has released Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future Remaster<\/a><\/strong> for iOS\u00a0and Android\u00a0in Japan, priced at JPY$2,800. First launched for Nintendo Switch on April 27 in Japan, the game is an HD remaster of the fantasy\u00a0strategy RPG\u00a0first released for\u00a0PSP\u00a0in May 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The remaster has updated the PSP game with high-definition visuals and improved operability and tempo. Useful features like rewind and auto-save, and various other adjustments that make gameplay more pleasant are equipped in this version. A new EASY mode and NIGHTMARE mode are also added to suit the needs of different players. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story of Blaze Union: Story to Reach the Future depicts the day before the strategic RPG Yggdra Union: We\u2019ll Never Fight Alone, in which the main character Garlot confronts the unreasonable reality with his friends to resist the empire. It also has a multi-story that changes depending on the player’s actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this tactical RPG, units are displayed on a grid of spaces that decide where the characters can move.\u00a0The game has a unique “Union” mechanic, where attacks are performed in formations called unions. Most unions involve multiple units, but it is possible to attack with a “union” of one unit. Forming unions allows more than one unit to join the battle, allowing for battles between as many as one hundred and twenty soldiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
