Akatsuki Games held its Akatsuki Games Now live stream showcasing some of its upcoming titles, one of which was a newly announced original project, that is tentatively titled Project Akatsuki.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This original title by Akatsuki Games which started a year ago follows a special task force, the game emphasizes “speed” in this fast-paced 3D action game. The game is set in a cyberpunk world and features characters that are inspired by Japanese mythologies, with characters resembling Onis and other animals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The game director says the game is heavily influenced by anime and mangas, and that the game’s themes follow a Ninja motif from its characters and world. The game will feature cutscenes that are all rendered in-engine, and made with the same technology and technical know-how used for Tribe Nine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
