The monthly shojo manga magazine Nakayoshi (\u306a\u304b\u3088\u3057) announced today (27th November) that the Tokyo Mew Mew (\u6771\u4eac\u30df\u30e5\u30a6\u30df\u30e5\u30a6) Franchise will have a new manga series named “Tokyo Mew Mew Ore” (\u6771\u4eac\u30df\u30e5\u30a6\u30df\u30e5\u30a6 \u30aa\u30fc\u30ec), but the Mew Mews (cats) are all male this time.<\/p>\n

This new series is written and illustrated by Madoka Seizuki (\u9752\u6708\u307e\u3069\u304b). It will be serialized again in Nakayoshi from 30th November 2019 (Vol.1, 2020). The first chapter (Title: We become…… Heroes!!?) will have 62 pages with a special color page to kick it off.<\/p>\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>About Tokyo Mew Mew<\/h4>\n

Tokyo Mew Mew is originally a manga series written by Reiko Yoshida (\u5409\u7530\u73b2\u5b50) and illustrated by Mia Ikumi (\u5f81\u6d77\u672a\u4e9c). It had been serialized from 2000 to 2003 and inspired a 52-episode TV anime (2002-2003). Ikumi then created a sequel manga titled “Tokyo Mew Mew a la Mode” (\u6771\u4eac\u30df\u30e5\u30a6\u30df\u30e5\u30a6\u3042\u30fb\u3089\u30fb\u3082\u30fc\u3069) from 2003 to 2004.<\/p>\n

The story centers around Cafe Mew Mew, a cafe in Tokyo where the owner Ryo Shirogane (\u767d\u91d1\u7a1c) and his friend Keiichir\u00f4 Akasaka (\u8d64\u5742\u572d\u4e00\u90ce) use as the base to protect the world from alien invasion. They infused five girls with the DNA of endangered species (Mew Mew) to combat aliens……<\/p>\n
