NetEase Games and Artplay yesterday (26th October) announced that the \u201cBloodstained: Ritual of the Night\u201d<\/a>\u00a0 video game is getting a smartphone version.\u00a0The game will release worldwide and\u00a0will support English, Japanese, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Korean languages.<\/p>\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>Overview<\/h4>\n

\u201cBloodstained: Ritual of the Night\u201d is a Metroidvania video game developed by former \u201cCastlevania\u201d series producer Koji Igarashi, and is considered a spiritual successor to the series. The game is the second in the \u201cBloodstained\u201d series and was first released for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in June 2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cBloodstained\u201d takes place in 18th century England during the Industrial Revolution. Players will play as Miriam, an orphan scarred by an alchemist curse which slowly crystallizes her skin. You must battle your way through a demon-filled castle summoned by Gebel, your old friend whose body has become more crystal than flesh.<\/p>\n

\u258d<\/strong><\/span>Features<\/h4>\n

The smartphone version will feature a brand new UI that is adapting the gameplay systems for mobile devices. Over 120 devils, 107 weapons and 23 skills will be\u00a0available in the smartphone game. Shortcuts will be available for players to change their weapons and unleash weapon skills during battles. The price of the game is not yet confirmed.<\/p>\n
