The story follows Kanji Yakutani, who devotes his life to find a cure after her younger sister died from an incurable disease. However, he dies from overwork at 31 and gets reincarnated as a 10-year-old boy in another world. Yakutani, now known as Felma, spends his time using his knowledge of modern medicine to bring healthcare to all.<\/p>\n

Isekai Yakkyoku is a light novel series written by Liz Takayama and illustrated by keepout. It has been serialized in Sh\u014dsetsuka ni Nar\u014d user-generated novel publishing website since July 2015. It was later acquired by Media Factory, which has published seven volumes since January 2016 under their MF Books imprint.<\/p>\n

It has been printed physically and sold digitally for over 2.3 million copies in Japan. A manga version of the series by Sei Takano is being published by ComicWalker with seven volumes released.<\/p>\n
