At the special program commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Sailor Moon<\/a><\/strong> anime, it was revealed that the Shadow Galactica arc, the final arc of the original manga will get a two-part anime film project titled Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos: The Movie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The movies will open in Japan in the early summer of 2023. In anticipation of this, a new official website opened and with it, a new teaser trailer and visual were both revealed. The trailer is also available on the official YouTube channel with English subtitles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tomoya Takahashi is directing both films at Toei Animation. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu is returning as the scriptwriter. Kazuko Tadano, the character designer for the original Sailor Moon anime, will be designing the characters for animation. Yasuharu Takanashi will compose the music. Yumiko Soraga is the art director. All of the cast from the previous anime will return for this movie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
