The TV anime adaptation of Y\u016bki Kanamaru’s More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers<\/a><\/strong> manga revealed a new teaser visual and main staff. studio MOTHER is animating the series, but the release date is yet to be revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, details about the staff were revealed, alongside a teaser image. Takao Kato is credited as the chief director, and Junichi Yamamoto is also working as the director. Naruhisa Arakawa is in charge of the series scripts, and Chizuru Kobayashi is designing the characters. Akira Nagasaka is the color key artist, and Naoko Akuzawa is directing the art. Misato Takahata is the compositing director of photography, and Ichir\u014d Chaen is the main editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y\u016bki also revealed a new illustration to celebrate the announcement of the TV anime<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers is a Japanese manga series by Y\u016bki Kanamaru. It has been serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s seinen manga magazine Young Ace since March 2018. Kadokawa published the latest eighth volume just recently this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The manga centers on third-year high school student Jir\u014d Yakuin, who gets saddled with his gyaru classmate Akari Watanabe for the class’s “marriage training” project about practicing to be a married couple. Jir\u014d is the complete opposite of Akari, but the two know that if they do well they will be able to switch partners to end up with their respective crushes, and so they force themselves to act as the perfect married couple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
