The artist actually passed away in January 2017 due to an illness that was not named.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Takeda&#8217;s most notable work is the illustration for GOSICK, a detective light novel series written by Kazuki Sakuraba (\u685c\u5ead\u4e00\u6a39). Takeda had been illustrating for it since the very first volume. Her most representative manga series are Crois\u00e9e in a Foreign Labyrinth and Yaeka no Girl (\u3084\u3048\u304b\u306e\u30ab\u30eb\u30c6) which are both significant for their Lolita portagonists. <\/p>\n<p>The last of Takeda&#8217;s work is an illustration for the DVD box set of GOSICK in 2011.
