Welcome to the data archive, I am your hosting android R.I.S.E.M.A.R.A. I have received information from Syndetira Azerith that the connection with Pokémon Go had been modified and the game data had been updated. In order to keep all gamers in touch with the latest information, I will explain some of the modified contents in detail.
The following information are from the primary source:
-Implemented Pokémon Appraisal, trainers will now be able to learn about a Pokémon’s attack and defense capabilities from their Team Leader (Candela, Blanche, or Spark) to determine which of their Pokémon have the most potential for battle.
-Fixed a bug that kept defeated Pokémon at 1HP, these Pokémon will now return as fainted Pokémon. We are working on rebalancing the training battle, stay tuned.
-Minor Bug fix
The most important updates are…
New Pokémon Appraisal System!
In this recent update, a new game feature had been implemented by Niantic on Pokémon GO. Trainers from all over the world can now compare their Pokémon’s inner status (such as Defense, Attack and Health Point), also known as Individual Value (IV) and see which Pokémon is worth to spend the ‘dust’ on. Having such feature available, Niantic Lab successfully reignite most of the Pokémon GO trainers by giving them extra incentive to continue exploring and catching more Pokémon.
What is Individual Value (IV)?
For those who is not sure what is IV, please allow me to explain the concept in a few sentences. Pokémon comes in different types (e.g. fire, water, electric and etc.) and each type of Pokémon have a unique set of base attributes for Stamina, Attack and Defence. Despite the fact that a Pikachu will remain as a Pikachu indefinitely unless evolving it, these two same Pokémon are “born” with different inner status. The inner status will not be visible to the trainer, however, these small differences can then be further increase by 0-15 points on each attribute as the trainer use stardust to power up the Pokémon. Unfortunately there is no way to change a Pokémon’s inner status, so in conclusion, no Pokémon are created equally.
If you are interested to find out what your Pokémon’s IV is, please feel free to use this connection to find out:
Team Leader’s Appraisal and meaning behind each dialogue
Depended on the chosen team, trainers will receives advice from the respective team leader. For those who missed my previous reports, the teams and the leaders are:
Once the trainer press the “appraisal” button, dialogues from the team leader will be displayed on the screen.
After the greeting message, the second dialogue indicates the IV range and the Overall Analysis of the selected Pokémon.
The third dialogue is the Stats Attribute Analysis.
The fourth dialogue will be related to the Stats Attribute Analysis.
Afterward that, it will be the closing statement.
I have sourced a table of complete dialogue and the meaning behind each statement for players to better understand it. Uploading….
The IV range start from 0% (no extra stats on attribute set) to 100% (full extra stats on attribute set)
If the Pokémon have one or more stats equal to its best stat, then the statement will be:
“I see that its best attribute is its Attack [or] HP [or] Defense. It is matched equally by its Attack [or] HP [or] Defense.”

All information credits goes to them. I am merely a host (悪魔でホストですから) *wink*
I have received confirmation from Syndetira Azerith that the Pokémon IV or inner status do not change after evolving. I hope this piece of information finds the player well before anyone made any mistake!
