Goblin Slayer Season 2, the anime adaptation of Kumo Kagyu’s dark fantasy light novel, has revealed a teaser trailer featuring the main characters as well as information about its cast and staff. The 2nd season will premiere sometime in 2023.
The teaser trailer opens with Goblin Slayer and his creed, confirming the return of the cast for the first season. Liden Films will be in charge of the animation of Goblin Slayer Season 2 replacing White Fox, which animated the first season and the movie Goblin’s Crown.
The franchise also announced Goblin Slayer -Another Adventurer- Nightmare Feast, a game that is set to release for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. The announcement was made at the Goblin Slayer Stage at GA FES 2023 held on January 5.
The release date and genre have not yet been revealed, and it is confirmed that the game will be available in English and Japanese, and the story will be completely original.
The game is currently in development and full details will be announced at a later date.

Goblin Slayer is a Japanese light novel series written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Noboru Kannatsuki. Two manga adaptations written by Kosuke Kurose and Masahiro Ikeno are serialized in Square Enix’s monthly Big Gangan magazine, and a prequel by Kento Eida is serialized in Young Gangan.
The TV anime adaptation based on the light novel is a dark fantasy about Goblin Slayer, an adventurer who undertakes only to exterminate goblins. The first season aired from October to December 2018, and a film sequel Goblin Slayer: Goblin’s Crown was released in February 2020.
