Amidst the news of several TV anime series such as Nier Automata Ver 1.1a and Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 being hit by delays due to COVID-19, the slice-of-life anime Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible has announced that the series will be going on hiatus after the airing of episode 6.
Premiered on January 10 and recently aired episode 3 on January 24, the anime announced on its official site that the series is expected to return in April, picking up the pace again by re-airing past episodes, beginning with Episode 1.
Though the plan did not specify a specific date when fans can expect Nagisa Kubo to return in April, the announcement clarified that they would be keeping fans posted on social media as to a concrete date.

Timid high school student Junta Shiraishi’s goals are simple… To live the best life in his timid way. However, he quickly realizes that everyone in the class seems to never notice him as if he’s invisible to them. His non-presence escalates to the point that his whole class assumed he’s flaking out of school, with nasty rumors beginning to spread that if you can spot him, you’ll be blessed!
Unfortunately for him, only one person seems to ever notice him. His classmate Nagisa Kubo relentlessly teases him and gets him caught up in her antics. What Shiraishi doesn’t know is that he may be the one that is blessed and that Nagisa might be his best bet to making the best of his high school years.
