The television anime adaptation of Miku’s I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too light novel series has unveiled the official trailer confirming its April 6 premiere date. More cast members were also revealed.
Additional cast members include Ai Kakuma as Luna, Rina Hidaka as Yuti, Nao Touyama as Night, Kazuhiko Inoue as Usagi, and Yuka Iguchi as Akatsuki. The opening theme song, featured in the revealed trailer, will be “Gyakuten Geki” by Tsukuyomi.
Written by Miku and illustrated by Rein Kuwashima. I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too began as a web novel on the Kakuyomu website in March 2017. The story begins with a door to another world that stretches out before a boy who’s been brutally bullied all his life. This alternate reality grants him access to all sorts of things, like cheat skills and a portal that lets him travel between his old and new worlds! Can this class loser turn his life around back home?

A girl who encountered Yuya in the Daimakyo. She was rescued by Yuya when she was attacked by demons, and the two later began to train together. She is mysterious but sometimes shows a daring side.

A mysterious girl who possesses the power of evil, a crystallization of the negative elements that exist in the world.

The child of the legendary magical beast Black Fenrir. When demons were hunting him down in the Daimakyo, Yuya rescued him and he became a member of his family. He is named “Knight” by Yuya.
■ Usagi – CV: Inoue Kazuhiko
A divine beast that boasts of its extraordinary fighting power and bears the title of Saint to protect the world. He is looking for an apprentice to inherit the title of Saint to counter the threat of Evil that wants to destroy this world.
■ Akatsuki – CV: Yuka Iguchi
The child of Mengeki, a rare magical beast in the Daimakyo. She has a fast-paced personality, and was accidentally tamed by Yuya and becomes his new family member. She is a “Mengeki” and gets angry when called a pig.
